Chalets and modern Fincas typically have remote controlled gates. In older Fincas there are often wooden "barn gates". The latter, often in the same style as the front door and without automatic mechnaisms are typical for Mallorca, and emphasise the typical Finca charm. 

For chalets and modern Fincas we offer section-gates of isolated aluminum PVC flooring in the same style as the windows and balcony / terrace doors and thereby offer a rounded concept.

Massive wooden gates created by our carpenter are especially chosen for old style Fincas, where the garage is more likely used to store garden furnitures, garden material, smaller boat, bicycles and so on and your car / rental car will be parked under the car port!
